Tháng 5/2018, Gartner (www.gartner.com) công bố báo cáo Supplychain Top 25.
Tiêu chí của bảng xếp hạng hướng về 3 chỉ tiêu: (1) Trải nghiệm khách hàng (2) ứng dụng công nghệ để quản trị (3) tăng trưởng bền vững.
Những công ty nằm trong top 5 liên tục trong nhiều năm thì không cần phải xếp hạng, gọi là nhóm Masters, gồm: Apple, P&G, Amazon, McDonald’s. (feel proud as a part of P&G).
